About This Dog for Adoption

Diggory's ideal home

Little Tilly Mint is a 13year old Yorkshire Terrier looking for a quiet home with her best friend Diggory who is 5 years old. They would like to be the only pets in the home and could live with children of Older Primary School age who can appreciate Tilly Mint's age and that she can be worried by fast hand movements and loud noises. So they have easy access to an outdoor space to potter around and explore, they would like their own secure garden. They love being around people so would like their new family to be around the majority of the time while they settle in, when left, they often snuggle up together for a snooze.

Could you be Diggory's perfect match?

Tilly Mint is a sweet older girl looking for a gentle pace of life for her retirement years. Diggory is a sweet boy who loves spending time with his best friend Tilly Mint and being around people. They can be a little nervous at times but if you go slow and let them come to you she will soon be your friend, especially if food is involved! They can be a little worried by grooming and veterinary handling but has tolerated this well providing you go slow and offer reassurance. Tilly Mint & Diggory travel well in the car and are looking forward to settling back into some home comforts.
