About This Dog for Adoption

Matilda's ideal home

Beautiful little Matilda has arrived in our care with very little previous history, she's had a turbulent start to her life and is now ready to learn what life can be all about! She's hoping to find patient and understanding adopters who can give her all the time and space she needs to settle in to home life. She will need help in all areas such as housetraining, lead walking and learning how to spend time home alone. Matilda needs a home with a safe and secure garden with direct access from the house and her new family will need to understand that she may not be ready to out for walkies for some time. She will need a home with a pre-existing confident dog who can help show her the ropes. She gets a lot of confidence from her doggy pals. Matilda could live with older teenagers of 14+ who are able to give her any time and space she might need to find her paws.

Could you be Matilda's perfect match?

Matilda is a gorgeous little lady who has already made so much progress with her confidence. She's learning that people aren't scary and that a little affection can actually be very enjoyable! We're sure once settled she will be a wonderful companion and will love learning about all the comforts that a home has to offer!
